Our return policy


If you ordered the Tended Protect Device via our Site, you may change your mind and return the Tended Protect Device for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery (the "Cancellation Period") for a full refund of the purchase price. To do this, you must inform us of your decision within the Cancellation Period by contacting Tended customer support by emailing support@tended.co.uk and let us know that you would like to return and receive a refund for your Tended Protect Device. If you wish, you can do so by completing the following form, accessible here. Please note this section 16 reflects your legal rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134), except that we offer a more generous return period than the Regulations of 30 days. 


Although it will not affect your right to a refund, please provide details on where and when you purchased the Tended Protect Device and your reason for returning the Tended Protect Device. Tended customer service will provide you with a returns form. Please include the completed returns form with your return shipment to Tended so that Tended can identify your shipment and process your refund. You must send off the Tended Protect Device to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to return them.


Where you are returning a Tended Protect Device simply because you changed your mind:

  • you will be responsible for all delivery and other costs associated with returning the Tended Protect Device to us;
  • we will refund the price you paid for the Tended Protect Device plus the original delivery cost (up to the value of our ground delivery option); 
  • however, we may reduce the amount of your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Tended Protect Device, caused by your handling the Tended Protect Device in a way which goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (e.g., beyond what would normally be permitted in a shop) during the Cancellation Period. 

If you receive the Tended Protect Device after you have requested a refund, you must inform Tended customer support by emailing support@tended.co.uk and return the Tended Protect Device to us. 


We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you inform (and provide evidence) that you have returned the Tended Protect Device to us or 14 days after the day on which you tell Tended you wish to cancel the contract. 


Refunds will not be made except to the original purchaser of the Tended Protect Device.


In addition, you may be entitled under our guarantee under our Terms and Conditions or by law to a repair, replacement or refund in respect of your Tended Protect Device outside of the Cancellation Period, for example if the Tended Protect Device is faulty or not as described. Please contact us if you have any issues with the Tended Protect Device outside of the Cancellation Period so that we can advise you on the options available to you.


If you received your Tended product from an employer, please return it to your employer and request that they contact us.
