It was a really well planned out day, with a good range of speakers. I expected it to be more tech based, so it was good to get a balance of the technology and the behavioural aspects, which are really important in getting tech rolled out and accepted into the industry.
The speakers were brilliant - very focussed messages, delivered well and all with the aim of sharing, educating and invoking ideas. Thank you so much for creating an event that was different to those we usually see in the industry. I would love to see more .
It was really refreshing to see a Human Factors approach to how technology can be best implemented, as so often these great ideas don't get off the ground due to a lack of buy-in from frontline staff. Thank you for a great day and evening.
