Earlier this year, we announced our partnership with MacRail to together take on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on May 17th in support of the Railway Children charity.
Since then, time has certainly crept up on us and in just two weeks, we'll be conquering the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, covering a distance of approximately 40 kilometres (24 miles) and 1585m (5200ft) of ascent.
Tended has joined forces with MacRail, a leading railway infrastructure company to complete this challenge. Across the two companies, we have 26 dedicated team members determined to take on this renowned endurance event to build awareness and raise money for our chosen charity.
The Railway Children charity works tirelessly to protect and support children who are at risk of exploitation, homelessness, and abuse on the streets. By participating in this challenge, we hope to educate people on the charity’s goals and the social challenges it addresses, as well as raise vital funds to help make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
Thank you so much to everyone who has sponsored us so far!
If you can, please support us in this mission and donate to our team page. Even just a small amount will contribute to making a huge difference!
